exchange student

My sister, Jo, is in Austria for exchange student now. She is coming back after two months. I miss her very much. She went there last summer vocation. During several months, she has gained more than 5 kilograms! I hope I can recognize her in the airport. She said she miss food in Taiwan very much, it’s a big question because food in Taiwan must be more delicious than in Austria, it’s hard for her to lost weight.
She has a vocation in whole Europe for three weeks! Jo is a good student, she study their native language, Germany, very hard. I had learned Germany for one year during my high school time, hoping she can teach me more. By the time she comes back to Taiwan, my brother is going to the United States. My brother will be an exchange student, too. His exchange area is Minnesota!

frog's bones

The most interesting lesson in college is biological experiment. Few weeks ago, we anatomized frog and mouse. They were smelled sooooooooooo bad. The frog was very big. After anatomized it, we flayed the frog, then cut his muscle. Throw the frog after cleaning up his skin, muscle, and all tissue. At the time, you will nose out something like chicken.
It is not the ending. We took the frog’ bones home, not, to our dormitory. We dipped them into suds for 3 to 5 days. Everyday, you have to clean the bones and change suds or it will smell very bad.
The crucial work is coming. You have to piece the bones together just like jigsaw! It took our several hours, even several nights. Very interesting, but very suffering!

team practice

Sometimes I am a little disappointed of my ball team. I am the team leader now. Unavoidable, there’s some responsibilities and stress. If it could be depend on me, I like to play my ball purely without any other things to worry about.
We life science is very busy, many things always should be finished at the same time. By the time, our practice is always be the sacrificed one. For me, exercise is the way to release my stress. I always expect our team practice. For some members in this team, practicing is their extra source of stress. Why? I couldn’t understand, shouldn’t it is a stress!
It’s impossible for us to practice every weeks. Sometimes we have a practicing, there’s always somebody couldn’t attend. I can’t determine the importance of team practicing of everybody’s mind.

the end of the semester

It’s the end of the semester. Many reports are going to confront the deadline. Next week, we will choose our lessons that we want next semester. I want to study Germany, but it seems to have no Germany. Perhaps I should study Japanese because Japanese is much more important than Germany for Taiwanese. I don’t want to study physics anymore. Last semester I didn’t pass my physics, so I must study again…oh~ I hate physics so much. I study biology, why we still study physics? Physics is my nightmare!
I dislike the weather in Chang Gung! Too cold in winter and too hot in summer, wet, fierce wind and often has a raining day. It’s terrible that if fierce wind and rains combined together. Here is an industry park, industrial exhaust gas makes the rains much more acidic. I love to take a walk under rains, but here, I shouldn’t do that anymore.

Rice Noodle

This morning, I met a old friend. We had a great lunch. Is was a special spaghetti restaurant, famous for its creativity. What I ordered is called “rice noodle”. It has the same material as spaghetti but has rice-shaped.
My friend is very cool. We were classmates in elementary school. Most students in Taiwan study hard in high school then enter college. But my friend is working now. She sells clothes, shoes, dress, and many cute things that girls like. She takes goods from Japan. Her dream is to open a boutique in two years. By the time, I will ask my friends to visit her store!
She is striving so hard, we must be hard, too. In Chan Gung, we always suffer from many exams, reports, homework, presentations or held many activities.

the truth

The big earthquake in China was so horrible, so many people dead, many families broke. I heard a weird news from my friend and I wonder if it is true. My friend told me that the disaster is an explosion of atom bomb, not earthquake. I don’t know…if it was true, it will be a worldwide problem.
I have searched many viewpoint of this news in the Internet. However, I am not an expert, I don’t have the ability to expertise it. To tell the truth, I don’t like China this country, but their people were so pathetic that I still donated money. If this disaster IS their government’s act, I will be very, very angry!!
